As soon as the offer contracts are signed, our People Ops team, along with your future Manager / Team, will get to work developing a personalized onboarding plan for you.  Onboarding at Camunda is a structured, personalized experience designed to help every new Camundi thrive from day one. Our remote-first approach ensures you receive comprehensive support regardless of your location, empowering you to contribute to our mission to Orchestrate Anything, Automate Everything from anywhere in the world.

Through virtual orientation sessions, personalized onboarding plans, and ongoing mentorship, we aim to empower every Camundi to thrive in their role and contribute to our mission to Orchestrate Anything, Automate Everything from anywhere in the world.

Q: When & how will I get my login credentials?

We

We know it can be tempting to jump into work straight away, but we want to ensure all Camundi are set up for success through their onboarding period. This is why you can expect to receive your login credentials

To ensure you start on the right foot:

  • Login credentials will arrive via email from our IT team one working day before your first day

Q: I am having problems accessing my Camunda accounts. Who can I reach out to?

If it's before your start date: Your login credentials will arrive the working day before you begin.

  • Feel free to include your People Connect Specialist in the communication for additional support

Q: When will I receive my equipment?

We want to ensure all Camundi have a positive onboarding experience as they start their journey at Camunda! The People Connect specialist that assisted you through the scheduling component of your interview process will also be your same point of contact from the People Team throughout onboarding. Any questions you have can be sent to people-connect@camunda.com and we would be happy to answer any questions you have! 

My address has changed since I filled in my onboarding form or I’d like my equipment shipped to an alternative address, what . What should I do?

Everything that you need to know will be located on your personal onboarding plan which you will find in your email inbox when you log in.

Brief overview of first few weeks:
