Our remote onboarding process is designed to give you the support you need to hit the ground running and thrive in your role. As soon as the offer contracts are signed, our People Ops team, along with your future Manager / Team, will get to work developing a personalized onboarding plan for you.  

Through virtual orientation sessions, personalized onboarding plans, and ongoing mentorship, we aim to empower every Camundi to thrive in their role and contribute to our mission to Orchestrate Anything, Automate Everything from anywhere in the world.

Below are some FAQ’s that you may find helpful as you gear up for your first day:

 

When & how will I get my login credentials?

We are so excited to have you join! We know it can be tempting to jump into work straight away, but we want to ensure all Camundi are set up for success through their onboarding period. This is why you can expect to receive your login credentials via email from our IT team one working day before your first day. In some cases, it may be sent out two working days prior. We use OKTA to manage access & login credentials. 

When will I receive my equipment?

Your equipment will be shipped one week before your start date. Keep an eye out for a tracking link from our IT department once available.  Camundi hired in the USA and via our employment partner Remote.com  will receive emails from "Workwise" regarding your equipment.

I have questions about my onboarding, IT equipment or login credentials who can I reach out to?

We want to ensure all Camundi have a positive onboarding experience as they start their journey at Camunda! The People Connect specialist that assisted you through the scheduling component of your interview process will also be your same point of contact from the People Team throughout onboarding. Any questions you have can be sent to people-connect@camunda.com and we would be happy to answer any questions you have! 

My address has changed since I filled in my onboarding form or I’d like my equipment shipped to an alternative address, what should I do?

Moves are so exciting! To be make sure we maintain accurate records, please email people-connect@camunda.com so they can update your employee profile and inform IT about your change in address. 

I am having problems accessing my Camunda accounts, who can I reach out to?

  1. If it's before your start date, you will receive your login credentials the working day before your start date.
  2. If it is your first day and you are still having trouble, please reach out to it@camunda.com and they will be able to assist you. Feel free to loop in your People Connect Specialist as well as we are happy to support you through your onboarding experience. 

I want to purchase some home office equipment, how can I go about doing this?

You are more than welcome to take advantage of this benefit! However please note that:

  • Equipment must be purchase on or after your start date at Camunda.
  • Reimbursement requests must be made within 45 days of the purchase date. 
  • Should your purchase exceed the price limit for that category, you will only be reimbursed up to the maximum amount for that category. You will need to cover the cost of the remainder yourself.

What should I expect on my first day?

Your first day at Camunda is all about getting you started on the right note. You'll familiarize yourself with Camunda and our tools and systems through asynchronous and self led onboarding training. Everything that you need to know will be located on your personal onboarding plan which you will find in your email inbox when you log in. Your manager will reach out to provide guidance as you begin your journey with us and know that the People Connect team is a quick message away to help with any questions you may have (big or small!)

Brief overview of first few weeks:

1st Week:

  • You'll familiarize yourself with Camunda and our tools/systems through asynchronous and self led onboarding training.

  • You'll meet with your team, set up all your accounts and complete onboarding tasks in our HRIS tool.

2-3rd Week:

  • You'll create a cadence to meet with your manager, stakeholders and key coffee chats.

  • You'll connect with other new Camundi via the onboarding sessions.

  • You'll continue setting up any pending accounts and/or onboarding tasks.

4-6th Week:

  • Finalize all onboarding tasks, account setups, and become a fully prepared Camundi 🎉
