At Camunda, we're committed to the well-being and support of our Camundi. As we establish our footprint in Singapore, we're excited to introduce a competitive Medical Allowance as a stepping stone toward a comprehensive benefits offering. This offering is effective March 1st 2024.

Medical Allowance Overview

To address immediate needs, we've tailored an interim Medical Allowance which will be added as a taxable amount monthly to your payslip. Below is a breakdown of contributions based on your dependent status:

Enrolment and Utilisation:

Enrolling in the Medical Allowance is straightforward!

  • During your onboarding, you will be sent a document in Bob to review and complete.
    • Complete the Medical Allowance Form, providing the information of your dependents 
    • Add your signature
  • Once complete the form will then be sent to payroll, notifying them of the value to add to your payroll monthly.

  • I am excited and saw this page before March 2024 as an existing Camundi in region, now what? We are so glad you are keeping an eye out on updates that effect you! Rest assured the Total Rewards team will be reaching out in the third week of February to share more information and get your set up!
  • How was the allowance amount determined? The allowance is based on market research and advice form our global broker, BAS, and designed to be competitive, reflecting the cost of premium medical insurance plans.

  • What does the allowance cover? The allowance is designed to cover/supplement the costs of private medical insurance in Singapore for you and your dependents, if applicable. 

  • Can I add dependents at a later stage? Yes! Please contact Wesley Hattingh in #ask-people-team to update your dependent status. 
  • Will the contributions be back-dated to my start date? No- this is a net new offering and became effective in March of 2024.
