To address immediate needs, we've tailored an interim Medical Allowance which will be added as a taxable amount monthly to your payslip. Below is a breakdown of contributions based on your dependent status:

How was the allowance amount determined? The allowance is based on market research and advice form our global broker, BAS, and designed to be competitive, reflecting the cost of premium medical insurance plans.
What does the allowance cover? The allowance is designed to cover/supplement the costs of private medical insurance in Singapore for you and your dependents, if applicable.
