Here is an outline of what you can expect during your onboarding period:

  • Familiarize yourself with Camunda through self-led onboarding training
  • Meet your team and manager through scheduled introductions
  • Set up accounts and complete initial onboarding tasks in our HRIS tool
  • Explore your personalized onboarding plan in your email inbox

✅ Weeks 2-3: Building Connections

  • Establish regular meeting cadence with your manager
  • Connect with key stakeholders through scheduled coffee chats
  • Join onboarding sessions with other new Camundi
  • Continue setting up any pending accounts and completing onboarding tasks

✅ Weeks 4-6: Becoming Fully Integrated

  • Finalize all onboarding tasks and account setups
  • Deepen your understanding of Camunda's systems and processes

📱 Login & Access

Q: When & how will I get my login credentials?

We're excited to have you join! To ensure you start on the right foot:

  • Login credentials will arrive via email from our IT team one working day before your first day
  • In some cases, credentials may be sent two working days prior
  • We use OKTA to manage access & login credentials

Q: I am having problems accessing my Camunda accounts. Who can I reach out to?

If it's before your start date: Your login credentials will arrive the working day before you begin.

If it's your first day and you're experiencing access issues:

  • Email it@camunda.com for technical assistance
  • Feel free to include your People Connect Specialist in the communication for additional support

💻 Equipment & Setup

Q: When will I receive my equipment?

  • Your equipment will be shipped one week before your start date
  • You'll receive a tracking link from our IT department once available
  • Note for US-based Camundi: If hired in the USA or via our employment partner Remote.com, you'll receive emails from "Workwise" regarding your equipment

Q: My address has changed since I filled in my onboarding form. What should I do?

Moves are exciting! To ensure accurate delivery:

  • Email people-connect@camunda.com with your updated address
  • The team will update your employee profile and inform IT about the change
  • This applies for both permanent address changes and temporary shipping address requests

Q: I want to purchase some home office equipment. How can I go about doing this?

You're welcome to take advantage of this benefit! Important guidelines:

  • Equipment must be purchased on or after your start date at Camunda
  • Reimbursement requests must be made within 45 days of the purchase date
  • If your purchase exceeds the price limit for a category, you'll only be reimbursed up to the maximum amount
