Employees have the opportunity to make suggestions for furthering their development and growth through education and learning opportunities at any time (e.g. conference attendance, training courses, e-learning content, books, etc.).


If you want to take advantage of education and learning opportunities (examples: purchase a conference ticket, book a virtual or in-person training course, etc.), please follow this process:

1. Discuss the learning opportunity with your line manager and get approval if greater than 250 EUR / USD / GBP

2. If the total amount is less than 250 EUR / USD / GBP our Expense Policy applies

3. If the total amount (incl. tax) is more than 250 EUR / USD / GBP request a purchase order and wait for approval

4. Execute registration / purchase. Make sure to enter the correct invoice address and the PO if needed

5. For payments by credit card follow the processes for Vendor Payments at Camunda or request a reimbursement.

    For payments per invoice follow the purchasing process
