Employees have the opportunity to make suggestions for their personal further education and training at any time (e.g. conference visits, training courses, e-learning content, books etc.).

In coordination with the line manager, a decision is made as to whether and to what extent appropriate further training can be made possible.


If you want to purchase a conference ticket, book a training course or download e-learning content please follow this process:

1. Get approval from your line manager

2. If the total amount (incl. tax) is more than 250 EUR / USD / GBP request a purchase order and wait for approval

3. Execute registration / purchase. Make sure to enter the correct invoice address and the PO if needed

4. For payments by credit card follow the processes payments, credit cards and expenses

    For payments per invoice follow the purchasing process
