5 Pillars of Resilience
Whilst we have workshops focusing on Financial Wellbeing and Mental Health, our main wellbeing focus for 2023 is 'The 5 Pillars of Resilience'.
The 5 Pillars of Resilience give a holistic overview of your psychological, physical and social wellbeing. It is a scientifically validated model that draws on the fields of positive and cognitive psychology, nutrition, neuroscience, and medicine.
Alongside these workshops we are launching a Wraw (Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing) survey and report.
This survey (which should only take 15 minutes to complete) and report draws on your personal strengths, identifies areas of development across the 5 pillars and will give you high-level strategies for developing your resilience and supports you to minimise the impact of current pressures and demands.
The Survey is voluntary and does not have a closing date but I recommend completing ASAP, in order to be able to apply it to the workshops that you attend.
You may use your personal email to sign up, it does not have to be your work email. Individual, personalised data will not be provided to Camunda for processing.
