To support collaboration and connection across our global team, we are excited to introduce two new perks focused on in-person meetups. These are designed to encourage meaningful face-to-face time among Camundi, wherever you may be.
Personal Travel Reimbursement for Camunda Meetups
Purpose: To provide an incentive for Camundi traveling to locations where other Camundi are based to connect by providing reimbursement for associated travel costs when a meetup occurs. As a remote company, we think it is an advantage to have Camundi across the globe and provides a great opportunity to connect in person if we happen to be traveling.
Policy Details:
Reimbursement Amount: Up to 150 USD/EUR/GBP/SGD per travel instance.
Annual Limit: Maximum of 3 reimbursements per calendar year.
Eligibility: You must:
Be traveling to a location where another Camundi lives.
Arrange and participate in an in-person meetup with 1 or more Camundi.
Reimbursable Costs: Transportation (e.g., train, flight, rental car), accommodation, or local travel.

FAQ
Q: Can we use the 150 x 3 budget all on one trip, or does it have to be only 150 per trip?
A: While "3 times per year" is not an option that we can set up in Brex; only a per-transaction limit (150) and a total limit (450) are possible, you should not expense more than $150 per personal trip.
