The Professional Growth Benefit provides employees an allowance of up to 1000 $/€/£ per year to engage in self-driven professional learning and development activities. Camundi have the autonomy to select the learning resources they need (e.g. conference attendance, training courses, e-learning content, booksbooks, tuition reimbursement, language learning, etc.).
If you want to take advantage of education and learning opportunities (examples: purchase a conference ticket, book a virtual or in-person training course, etc.), please follow this process:
1. Discuss the learning opportunity with your line manager and get approval if greater than 250 EUR / USD / GBP
2. If the total amount is less than 250 EUR / USD / GBP our Expense Policy applies
3. If the total amount (incl. tax) is more than 250 EUR / USD / GBP request a purchase order and wait for approval
4. Execute registration / purchase. Make sure to enter the correct invoice address and the PO if needed
5. For payments by credit card follow the processes for Vendor Payments at Camunda or request a reimbursement.
