Programs handbook space

This space is available both internally to all Camundi & externally to potential future Camundi. Here you will have access to our Benefits Philosophy, Global Company Benefits and Company Programs which are available to all employees, & our Country Specific Benefits which are specifically available to employees based in those locations. 

There is also information relating to specific benefits in locations where we employ Camundi via our Professional Employer Organisation (PEO) partners at Remote.

What is the difference between Benefits & Programs?

A Company Benefit can be described as a cash equivalent service, which are either utilised continuously or on a needs basis. Benefits include; Pension/ 401k, Health/ Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, and Flexible Time Off (FTO).

Company Programs are linked to company policies or working practices, and like benefits are either utilised continuously or on a needs basis. Our Programs include; Flexible/ Remote Working, Home Office Equipment, and the Company Annual Retreat.

Other benefits are listed by countries that Camunda has established an entity or utilised a PEO (Remote/Velocity Global) and therefore are applicable to employees in those countries only.
